This exam and review videos can only be purchased online (no phone orders).
This page is where you sign up for the annual recertification.
Some of you received your original certifications through our online course so you are already familiar with how the system works; others received your certifications via our DVD course and are not familiar with the the Amdecon Virtual Portal System™. For those who are NOT familiar with the Amdecon Virtual Portal System™ it is imperative that you read every word of all the instructions as the ONLY time people call us with a problem is when they haven’t read the instructions.
The cost is of the exam is $175.00 and we include six hours of review videos at no additional charge! If you are a DVD student you may also review videos 2-14 on your DVD and then email us and request your login for the exam.
You can only renew the certificates you received from Amdecon by taking (writing) this exam; you must go though this purchase process.

If you have a problem with the videos follow the troubleshooting tips in the detailed instructions email you will receive.
The ONLY time people call us with a problem is when they haven’t read the instructions.
Read all the instructions on this page very carefully and when you receive your email with the access codes, passwords and instructions be sure to read it very carefully from top to bottom!

Here’s how it works:
1) After reading these instructions scroll down to where you see the videos then click the green Play Now button on the Refresher Course Part 1 segment.
2) A box with a teal colored ticket will pop open.
3) Click the teal colored ticket to purchase this exam. You only have to purchase ONE ticket. The access code you will receive in the second email will allow you to play all 12 videos twice.
4) You will receive two emails: One will be a receipt and the other will be detailed instructions that include your access code, user names, and passwords. Follow the instructions in the second email precisely.
5) Once you purchase this annual recertification exam and videos you have 30 days to complete it and take (write) the exam. You are allowed 24 views, which is enough for you to watch each video twice. After you have used 24 views or 30 days has passed (whichever comes first) your access code will no longer work and will not be able to view any videos or take (write) the exam.
If you let your access code expire before you complete the exam you can renew your access code for another 30 days for an additional $99.00 administration fee. (Email us if you need to do this.)
WHEN YOU ARE READY FOR YOUR EXAM: After you have reviewed all the training materials and feel you are ready for your exam email us using the same email address you used when you made your purchase, tell us that you purchased the annual refresher exam, give us your first and last name, and tell us you are ready to take (write) the exam. We will then reply to you with the online exam login info.
Study carefully as ONLY ONE EXAM attempt is included in this package.
