Michael J. Tillman, CSHO, founded Amdecon in 1999. He has handled Michael Tillman CSHOcrime and trauma scene jobs across America, and has trained over 1500 students in 15 different countries.

In addition to thousands of hours and years performing in-field work since 1999, Mr. Tillman achieved the title of Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) at the OSHA Training Institute Southwest Education Center (OTISEC), which is a member of The Texas A&M University System and one of only 26 OSHA Education Centers. Obtaining this certification was a five year process.

Mr. Tillman is also an approved The Clean Trust® instructor.
