I just wanted to let you know I was truly impressed with your knowledge and training style. I now have TEN certified technicians including myself who have been through the training program and become certified biohazard technicians. The classroom training is very informative and well structured. The hands-on part of the training was very beneficial as on our first job we had a sofa to dispose of. My technicians were well equipped to break down the sofa and carefully dispose of it properly thanks to your detailed training.
Following your plan has proven to be very beneficial and lucrative for our company. Within a week of startup we had our first job, a suicide. It was a referral from one of our local police departments. The products you offer such as the Amdezyme™ and the Ozone/Oxygen system are terrific. We used the Amdezyme on a suicide that had happened three days before we were called. It definitely made the difference as it worked hard at breaking down the dried blood and matter. I couldn't imagine working a job without it. We used the Ozone/Oxygen system on a rental house with stagnate odor. The landlord was so impressed. We also used it on a company car that had had belonged to a heavy smoker. The new driver couldn't even tell anyone ever smoked in the car.
Your website package is first class. It is very informative, organized, well presented and we were even able to add a visual map of our coverage area. Very professional compared to some other sites I've seen. Your contract package was well worth the investment. With the stroke of a pen we were able to make it legal for our state. They are easy to read and understand for our clients.

Your course was extremely informative. I have been in the janitorial business for over a decade. Ignorantly, I thought Blood Borne Pathogens was all I needed to get started. I feel blessed to have listened to my wife and to have humbled myself in seeking your specialized-expert-training. After viewing your courses, I realized I knew absolutely nothing! Prior to your training course I had no clue about OSHA Laws i.e. PPE, Respiratory Protection, Medical Waste, Deconstruction and so on. It would have been an utter disaster on many different levels had I not studied your course work. I would have endangered many people whom I care for and love. After several years in the fire/flood restoration business, working for a company that, from time to time, sent me to clean up crime and trauma scenes, I felt I had a acquired a reasonable amount of knowledge about what this line of work entailed.
It was only after taking your course that I became aware that we had been working in a manner which was unsafe, highly irresponsible and, quite frankly, illegal.
When I cross reference the American safety regulations taught in your course with Canadian laws and regulations, I see that the two are virtually identical. The legal component of your course was surprisingly applicable to me.
Your detailed and thorough course gave me the knowledge required to systematically, methodically, and safely decontaminate a crime and trauma scene in an efficient and responsible manner.
